DELUXE MADE is a creative studio based in London, United Kingdom, and the data controller for everything on this page.
What we collect
When you book a call: your name, email, company, website or channel, the service you are interested in, your budget range, your goal for the next 90 days and when you want to start. Our booking tool also records the time you choose. When you browse, and only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, buttons clicked and the link that brought you here.
Why we use it
Your booking answers are used to prepare for and hold the call, and to follow up about working together. This rests on our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry and on steps you ask us to take before a contract. Analytics data is used, with your consent, to understand which content brings people to the site.
Cookies
We store your cookie choice and the link that brought you here in your browser. With your consent we use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to measure visits and bookings. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with
Providers that run the site, the form, booking and analytics: our host, our booking tool, our email provider, Google and Meta. Some process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case for as long as the work and our legal obligations require.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
